Alyson Laderman, Partner, attorney and mediator at Bloodworth Law, PLLC, , is a 16-year attorney with experience on both the defense and plaintiff side.

Laderman, whose entire legal career has been based out of Central Florida, is proud to be joining Bloodworth Law, PLLC, handling insurance claims litigation, commercial litigation, and mediation.

Laderman [formerly Innes] brings to Bloodworth Law, PLLC, a statewide reputation of being an honest, hard-working attorney who believes strongly in community involvement and charitable causes — perfect for Bloodworth Law, PLLC.

Laderman also serves as a committee member of the Longwood Area Council for the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce and is in the incoming Chair of the Longwood Council, starting July 2019.

Prior to joining Bloodworth Law, PLLC, Laderman was an attorney and mediator for Morgan & Morgan [2014-17] and The Orlando Law Group [2017-2019]. In her last year with Morgan & Morgan, she was tasked with creating the blueprint for their statewide Personal Injury Protection [PIP] Department, of which she was named co-managing attorney.

She has represented other high-profile law firms in Central Florida throughout her career, as well, as lawyer, mediator, senior litigator, and senior trial attorney. Laderman began her law career as public defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit [2003-06] in Orlando, and was named the Public Defender’s Office “Rookie of the Year” in her first year of practice.

Laderman earned her juris doctor cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2003 [where she served as editor-in-chief of the Business Law Review], and her bachelor of science in legal studies with distinction from Nova Southeastern University in 2000.

 

She resides in Longwood, Florida and provides legal and mediation services in Central Florida, including, but not limited to Orange, Seminole, Lake, Volusia, Brevard, and Osceola counties.

Laderman is licensed to appear before the Middle District of Florida and the Southern District of Florida. She is also a Supreme Court Certified Circuit and County Mediator.

When not representing clients or assisting others with resolving their legal issues, Laderman enjoys spending time with her family, cooking special allergy-friendly meals with her son ("Chef Sam"), photography, community service, brainstorming about new ideas and products, and working alongside her husband with the non-profit The Share My Story Foundation.
